Facing Challenges
This meditation will guide you to allow yourself to face a challenge in your life, that may be difficult for you to feel. It will show you how your breath will get you through, and be your eternal anchor and support system. The meditation will allow you to brainstorm solutions and imagine your life without this problem. You’ll be inspired to see beyond this problem, and see your best self, again.
My Dream Life
This meditation will invite you to visualise your dream life and hold the faith that you can make it happen. You’ll be inspired to hold this vision in mind regularly so that you can remind yourself of what you’re working towards and spend a few moments exploring your dream life visually. Use this meditation as a check-in with where you’re at with life, what you want, and if your actions are working towards what actually makes you happy. Remind yourself of your dream vision, regularly and make sure you’re on track to achieve your goals.
Heart, Body, Mind
This meditation will guide you to focus and accept the current experiences of your heart, mind, and body, without judgment or criticism. Use this meditation as a check-in, and to ground yourself in the present moment to reduce stress, improve connection to yourself and awareness of how you’re feeling today. It's always a good time to stop, reset, and then move forward in a more grounded and aware way.
Stop, Start, Continue
This meditation will guide you to focus on reviewing your life and wellbeing with short and effective reflective questions. An intentional living will change your life: Take just a few moments to review and reflect and re-focus your energy. Soften & Surrender
This meditation will guide you to stop, soften and learn to surrender. So often we are rushing, pushing, and refusing to rest. We move through life trying to be tough, focused, and in charge. What if we let go a little? What if we softened, and then went out after our goals? What if we remembered we weren’t really in control anyway and give ourselves permission to let life take the lead. Use this meditation as a check-in, and to ground yourself in the present moment. Stopping and surrendering to the moment is very unfamiliar to people, but it is good for our body, heart, and mind to slow down and take a break. Stop forcing yourself over your limits. Pace yourself, gently instead.
Love, Joy & Alignment
This meditation will invite you to remember what truly brings you love and joy and how you can cultivate more of those moments by living according to your values. It doesn’t matter if you focus on the big things or small things in life, so long as you take time to appreciate the meaningful things in life. We often focus on the wrong things: Busy-ness, over-productivity and hustle. Are they really what brings you joy and love? Explore these ideas in the meditation. Take a moment to reflect on if your goals are aligned to your values and what matters the most, while also encouraging you to regularly re-focus your energy and attention to joy and love.
