Coping with Panic

You'll feel protected, confident, and calm once again so that you can be excited for your next opportunities in life, without your Inner Critic tagging along. Facing Anxiety from A Safe Place
So often we run, hide, ignore or feel completely at the mercy of your anxiety. In this meditation, you’ll create a safe and sacred place for yourself to go within and face your anxiety. I’ll guide you through creating space from your anxiety, visualise it leaving the body, and allow you to see, maybe for the first time, a clear picture of your anxiety as external, or separate from yourself. You’ll stand up to it, acknowledge how it has tried to help you, but you don’t need it anymore. You don’t need it to be scared or fearful or on edge for you. You’ll assure your anxiety that you’re strong, capable, and want to live life fully. Leave the anxiety in this space you’ve created, find more ease and power and confidence to be yourself without your anxious mind, for good!
Reducing Anxiety
This meditation will guide you through an anxiety-reducing practice that you can use at any time you feel physically anxious. The practice will build your resilience to feel, notice, and let go of your anxiety. So often we fight to push our anxiety away, This meditation will encourage you to bravely face your anxiety by allowing it to be present. You’ll be reminded and shown that the body can be a safe place for you, even with anxiety present.
Clear Mind
You can fight your mind, you can talk back to your Inner Critic and you could painstakingly go through every single thought. Alternatively, I recommend when the thoughts become too overwhelming, you're feeling anxious and overwhelmed, simply use this meditation to clear and calm the busy mind, creating stillness again. It is so refreshing to guide your mind back to a clear, light, and spacious state of being.
Letting Go
This powerful short meditation is for when you’re feeling something difficult emotionally and want to find your centre again. Using the breath as your anchor, the practice will guide you through acknowledging and validating your emotion, and then letting it go, as you exhale deeply and purposefully.
Health and Anxiety Meditation
This meditation is designed to help reduce your stress and anxiety, including health anxiety, by guiding you to focus on what you can control, giving to yourself what you need, and directing yourself to helpful and empowering thoughts. In this meditation, you'll monitor your fearful thoughts, your negative thinking, and resistance to change. You'll discover what you can focus on and control and then direct your mind to helpful, empowering thoughts, giving yourself what you need to support yourself at this point in time. It’s important now, more than ever, to take care of your mental space. By taking time out to reduce your stress and anxiety it will help you achieve your goals in the long run and protect your wellbeing.
Freedom from Unhelpful Thoughts
Our Inner Critic will have us believe thoughts are facts, and they must all be listened to and taken seriously. The truth is, thoughts are like endless cars going by, and we don't have to take them so seriously. Often, it is better not to listen to them all. This guided practice will show you how to find freedom from unhelpful thoughts and find mental calm and clarity again.
Listening and Letting Go
If you struggle with repetitive and ruminating thoughts, this meditation will help you acknowledge the thoughts, and then let them go. You don't need to keep listening to the same thoughts over and over: It's helpful and doesn't get you anywhere. Stand up to your inner critic and call it out. Tell it that "I hear you, I've heard you, and I don't need to hear you again!"
