The Sanctuary was born from years spent listening closely as an experienced psychotherapist.
For over a decade, I have sat beside women as they explored the fears, longings, hopes, griefs, dreams and inner conflicts that emerge when we feel safe enough to tell ourselves the truth.
Over time, I noticed something remarkable. Lasting change rarely came from understanding ourselves intellectually. It emerged when we learned how to turn towards our inner world with curiosity, compassion and reverence, and when we felt those experiences deeply enough for something within us to shift.
Drawing on depth psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR-informed practices, mindfulness and contemplative traditions, I have translated these therapeutic principles into experiential, symbolic and deeply human practices.
