Morning Meditation
This gentle meditation is designed to use every morning when you wake up or are on your morning commute to work. Starting with extending the breath, the meditation guides you through a body scan for stress and tension, before inviting you to cultivate loving-kindness for yourself, grounding yourself into your heart and body, before getting clear on what you'll need to get through today, and sending yourself well compassionate well wishes for what you'll need to get through the day. Lastly, you'll set intentions for the day to help you stay focused. May you know that you are loved, you are love, and that you are enough, always have been, always will be. With loving-kindness, I wish you a beautiful day.
Evening Meditation
This meditation is designed for daily use: Settle yourself after a long day and reflect on your day, heart, values, and prepare yourself for sleep. If you practice both the morning and evening meditations, each day you'll feel differently and set new intentions for yourself. You'll be inspired to notice, observe, and be attuned to the subtleties and uniqueness of each day. It helps break up repetitive routines of each day and allows you to reflect on authenticity, courage, and the small wins.
Sunrise Self-Love
This beautiful meditation is perfect to start your day, or reset your day if it’s already stressful or chaotic. Guiding you through a beautiful visualisation of a sunrise, you will be invited to prepare for your day in a calming and loving way. By listening to this meditation every morning, you will move through the day in a grounded and confident way, remembering that you are in control and you are enough. Notice the beauty and serenity of each day. Starting your day with positivity and relaxation helps keep the inner-critic at bay and allows you to stay open to the possibilities of the day. So often our first thoughts are stressful or worrisome. Have a new start to your day and see the difference! You will still go out and achieve your goals, but you will learn to do it in a calmer, more grounded way where you remember that you are in control of your mood and attitude.
Sunset Self-love
This beautiful meditation is your NEW way to wind down from your day. Practice it at any time of your evening when you want to start settling into a restful night. This meditation practices positive self-reflection, and continues on the idea of enoughness, as you explored in ‘Sunrise Self-Love’ meditation too. So often your mind focuses on what you didn't do, the irritating parts of the day, and everything that went wrong, which isn't self-loving. Our minds have a natural tendency to be critical and most of our days are overly packed and stressful. Instead, you're going to train your mind to focus on the important, loving, and helpful contributions you make each day, while also valuing rest time. This session will switch you into a state of reflective calm and help you prepare for better sleep. Nourish your way towards your goals with positive self-talk, rather than criticism and fear of not being enough.
Daily Meditation
This gentle meditation will invite you to settle into deep breathing, before engaging you in ten reflection questions, to help you set your day upright. Use this meditation in the morning, or whenever you get a chance throughout the day to stop and be more intentional with your time and your interactions. Allow each day to be intentional and I tune with what you need, and how you want to show up. Allow yourself to ebb and flow through life with the rise and fall of your energy and goals. Shift your focus towards values-based goals. Drop the productivity addiction and settle into emotion-based goals for who you want to be in this world, not just what you want to do.
Stop, Start & Continue
A short and effective meditation for self-connection. This meditation will guide you to focus on reviewing your life and wellbeing with short and effective reflective questions. You’ll be guided to give yourself permission to live through your goals and visualise your dream life. Use this meditation as a regular check-in with yourself. Intentional living will change your life: Take just a few moments to review and reflect and re-focus your energy. Make sure the little and big goals of your life are in alignment, and that you’re adapting to changes along the way.
Drop The Anchor
This meditation is GOLD! It can be used at any time that you need to take a step away from the chaos of the day and ground yourself. You'll find calm easily, and find your centre within the storm of our lives. Using visualisation of a boat and the sea, this shows us how our breath can be our anchor at any time we choose to use it. Always remember to take ten minutes for yourself and anchor yourself, so that you can attack your day from a calmer and more productive place within yourself.
Heart, Body & Mind
This meditation will guide you to focus and accept the current experiences of your heart, mind, and body, without judgment or criticism. Use this meditation as a check-in, and to ground yourself in the present moment to reduce stress, and improve your connection to yourself, and awareness of how you’re feeling today. It's always a good time to stop, reset and then move forward in a more grounded and aware way.
Transitioning From Work To Home
Learn how to leave work at work and be present at home. This meditation guides you through a visualisation to create a separation in your day and create boundaries around your work: Whether that’s in an office or taking care of the kids. Make the most of your downtime by being grounded and mindful during your evenings. Develop a daily practice of leaving work at the office and switching off!
Transitioning From Study To Home
Studying can feel like a never-ending task, and it can be difficult to rest without guilt and practice good self-care when there is so much to do. This meditation will guide you to end your study day so that you can ease into a nourishing and restful evening. By creating a separation in your day between study and rest time, you'll no longer feel as if studying is taking over your life, and you'll be taking necessary breaks to help you be more productive tomorrow.
