Mindful Eating
This mindful meditation will encourage you to stop, tune into your body and explore if you’re really just hungry or craving something else emotionally. This guided practice will help you to eat mindfully and intentionally and cultivate a kind and positive relationship with food and your body. You’ll be exploring affirmations around slow, intentional eating that will help you eat for nutrition and health while letting go of unhealthy or punishing habits around food. Lastly, you’ll be encouraged to visualise a healthy, peaceful, and self-loving version of yourself. Use this meditation to help you on your health and wellness journey to approach food and nutrition from a healthy and balanced perspective.
Finding Emotional Safety: A Meditation for Emotional Overwhelm
When you’re distressed, overwhelmed, and feeling hurt, this is the meditation for you. When we are hurt, triggered, or feel threatened, we need to find our way back to emotional safety and reassure ourselves that we will be ok. Often, our body feels overwhelmed by emotion. This meditation guides you to find safety within your body once again. Allow me to guide you through a short and effective process to hold your heart, move away from what’s hurting you, and see your body as a safe place again. It’s always good to have a go-to practice that you KNOW will help you with emotional overwhelm. Take a moment to gather yourself and hold yourself gently before moving forward.
Coping with Grief
Grief comes in waves you’re not sure you should dive towards or run from. Waves that retreat momentarily, allowing your mind to wander, to dream, your heart to breathe just a little until another grief wave crashes upon you. Soon, you’re not sure if the water is around you, or within you, or both. Where you end and the water begins becomes blurry. Your heart feels alive and thumping and as if it's falling apart at the same time. This meditation will help you learn to cope with grief but also come out of it, finding a space within yourself that you can rest and find reprieve. Grief is often long term and my intention is for this meditation to help you both face it and hold yourself gently throughout your grieving, whether that's from losing someone or grieving a loss of an important part of your life.

We all lose our confidence from time to time and feel like life is too hard. We may want to give up and that’s normal to feel.
