As a sensitive, deep-feeling and thinking woman, you can often feel overwhelmed with all of what you think and feel. Clarity and self-confidence are completely possible. 

Finding peace within you isn't impossible or elusive. You can find peace every day, even on the hard days, with the dynamic skills and tools I'm going to teach you.

It’s not surprising that your inner world and what’s going on in your mind and heart feel chaotic and confusing. This is often because you haven't tended to it or tried to soothe it in a very long time, perhaps ever?

Underneath the overwhelm and busyness of everyday life, you’re struggling to prioritise yourself because you don't know if it's worth it or how to do things you still enjoy.

At the moment, you don't know how to sort out the unhelpful thoughts and tell your Inner Critic to back the F off. It feels like it drags you through the mud and you can't get back in control.

You feel disconnected, filled with self-doubt and your self-confidence is low, because your Inner Critic is having a free-range field day tormenting you.

Engage in reflective journaling prompts to reflect on where your starting point is, your personal goals, and what’s currently getting in the way of you achieving your dream life.

Self-Care
Develop a holistic self-care plan for yourself that is nourishing, holistic and something you absolutely look forward to. Make a plan to put your well-being as a top priority.

Journey 3

Self-Connection
Be guided through soothing breathwork exercises to calm your nervous system when distressed, connect to yourself. Practice new meditations for self-connection.

Journey 4

Self-Talk
Identifying your Inner Critic and be able to differentiate between which thoughts are your Inner Critic and which are your Authentic Self. Practice how to talk back to your inner critic using scripts provided for you.

Self-Understanding
Be guided through transformational self-reflection questions for when you're having an emotional reaction, so that you can process, understand, explore and soothe your difficult emotions with confidence.

Self-Compassion
Understanding key components of compassion and how to use affirmational statements to soothe and comfort yourself, rather than invoke self-criticism.  Use my exact scripts to bring self-compassion to yourself.

Understand self-esteem and identify what is attacking or building your self-esteem in your own life.

About Your Host

I'm Gabriella de Mori, a Perth-based registered counsellor, meditation coach and course creator.

From my years of experience helping hundreds of women through my private practice, I masterfully guide women to turn toward themselves, find the answers and guidance they're seeking, and nurture them toward implementing that wisdom in their lives. 

I show women just like you, how to explicitly stop self-sabotaging from listening to you inner critic, doubting yourself and living small- because you've been scared to take up space and live out loud.

A: Its true, habits are hard to break. That's why you get access for 12 months so that everytime you feel yourself reverting back to old habits, you can go straight back into the lessons, learnings and tools.


Q 'I don't have time to invest in myself right now.'
Life is absolutely busy, and it will always be, Imagine having a busy life with daily tools to bring your back to self-peace: THAT is the magic we are talking about here. Stop White knuckling life and constantly 'pushing through'. yes life is full and busy and there's a lot going on, so the best thing you an do is support yourself through it in the most nourishing, compassionate way possible.

I'm an efficient teacher and I get to the hard of the lessons, stat. I don't wait time on the endless background information and fluffy content. I go straight in, deep, with practical, wise and enjoyable strategies. I take my ten years of education, research, and experience and deliver it straight to your heart in the most beautiful, streamlined way. You just have to follow along.
