Using visualisation of a boat and the sea, this practice shows us how our breath can be our anchor at any time we choose to use it. Always remember to take ten minutes to anchor yourself, so that you can attack your day from a calmer and more productive place within yourself. When you're overwhelmed, feeling frantic, lost or stressed, this is the meditation for you.
Preparing For Deep Sleep
If you have a busy mind and experience difficulty settling into sleep try this meditation. It is designed to de-stress your mind, settle you, and make you feel calmer and peaceful allowing you to drift off to sleep. Sleep is so essential to our well-being, yet can be so elusive for many of us. If we don't create time to simply be during the day, the mind tries to take its chance to talk to you before you sleep, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Enjoy the simplicity of this meditation that's sure to de-stress your mind and put you to sleep.
Deep Relaxation
Find that place within you that is as nourishing as having an entire beach to yourself, swinging playfully on a hammock, or feeling weightless as you drift into a restful sleep. This meditation is slow, grounding, and heart-centred, allowing you to soften, melt and surrender into yourself. Easy to follow, you'll be feeling relaxed and nourished with a calm mind and body. Excellent to prepare you for sleep.

Using the breath as your anchor, the practice will guide you through acknowledging and validating your emotion, and then letting it go, as you exhale deeply and purposefully. Use this meditation to help you release baggage and control and free yourself from unnecessary burdens.
Transforming Difficult Emotions into Love
This short meditation is truly transformational! Use it any time you’re experiencing something difficult or uncomfortable and would like to move and transmute the energy towards something loving, compassionate and heart-centred.
Difficult emotions are distracting; They leave us tired, angry, fragile, and emotional. We all experience challenging emotions, and while it’s normal, we can shift and move these in the body. This meditation will teach you how to do just that, so you come back to a loving place within you.
Evening Meditation
This meditation is designed for daily use: Settle yourself after a long day and reflect on your day, heart, values, and prepare yourself for sleep. If you practice both the morning and evening meditations, each day you'll feel differently and set new intentions for yourself. You'll be inspired to notice, observe, and be attuned to the subtleties and uniqueness of each day. It helps break up repetitive routines of each day and allows you to reflect on authenticity, courage, and the small wins.
Speak To Your Pain
If you are experiencing physical pain, or stress, anxiety, depression, or grief that you can physically feel in your body, this transformative practice is for you. Perhaps it's a knot in your belly, a recurrent migraine, or a lump in your throat. Perhaps your heart feels physically broken. What if we have a conversation with our pain instead of ignoring it? Rather than trying to fix it through diagnosis, or numb it with meditation, what if we sit and listen? In this meditation, I invite you to have an open heart, activate your intuition and talk to your pain in a different way. Sit, be still, ask and listen. You'll receive the messages you need to hear and reduce your physical sensations through the power of meditation.
