A therapeutic tree house to climb into for nourishment, reassurance and holding as you explore your Inner World through psychotherapy and self-reflection.
In your safe pleace, explore meditations, contemplations, reflective exercises, processing and integration exercises.
Designed by psychotherapist and founder Gabriella de Mori as a companion for her client journeys.
Your soft place to land.
There are moments in life when we don't necessarily need more insight, we simply need reminding.
A grounding practice for an anxious evening.
A compassionate response to an inner critic that's become particularly loud.
A meditation to help us sleep.
A gentle reminder of something we explored in therapy.
The Therapeutic Tree House is a carefully curated collection of the practices, reflections, meditations and resources I've found myself returning to again and again throughout ten years of clinical practice.
Some are grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, while others have been shaped by years of sitting alongside clients and discovering what genuinely helps when life feels difficult.
I haven't tried to include everything.
I've included the practices I most hope people remember.
Whether you're working with me in therapy, preparing to begin, returning after our work together, or simply looking for thoughtful, compassionate resources, my hope is that this becomes a place you can return to whenever you need a little steadiness, perspective or support.
Therapeutic Practices for comfort and reassurance
The curated practices are what I return to in my own life, that have shaped my therapeutic approach and that I've shared with hundreds of clients over the past decade in private sessions. Now, they're curated into one experience accessible 24/7.
Your therapeutic growth doesn't only happen in your sessions. These Practices support and guide you to stay connected to your Inner World and grow every day, or soothe you in the middle of the night or the weird days.
Come home to your tree house to awaken, nourish and soothe whatever part needs holding or healing today.
Imagine having your therapist's voice with you on the difficult days, to gently remind you how to find your way back to yourself in the way I would guide you in session, with my underpinnings and philosophies delivered with clarity.
Over time, you'll begin to make sense of yourself in the way I would guide you to in session, until that voice gradually becomes your own.
You're not alone in here, we're in this together, and I've walked this path too, ahead of you to clear the way. ~ Gabriella
The collection curates the most valuable practices I use with myself and my clients. Let's get straight to the heart of the compassion, self-soothing and insightful guidance you crave and that I know work effortlessly from years of experience.
Guided therapy infused practices backed by EMDR and Internal Family Systems theory for understanding your inner world, feeling safer and self-supported.
Intimate audio journeys to build a resilient relationship with yourself - confidently creating space from upsetting thoughts and emotions to zoom up and out into calmness.
Guided reflective practices and somatic tools and techniques that help identify, articulate and soothe your Inner Experiences masterfully and succinctly.
A therapy session can offer insight, perspective and new possibilities. It's in the rituals you create to navigate everyday life that those insights are gently integrated into a different way of being with yourself.
The Therapeutic Tree House is here to support those moments, helping you build trust in your ability to care for yourself long after the moment of insight has passed.
Over time, these practices become more than something you do, they become a way of relating to yourself. As your confidence grows, so too does your trust in your ability to care for yourself through life's inevitable ups and downs.
You start to proudly notice that you:
Know how to settle your mind and body when life feels overwhelming, so overwhelm no longer has to dictate the rest of your day.
Find words of compassion that genuinely sound like your own voice, allowing your inner dialogue to become a source of encouragement rather than criticism.
Interrupt the cycle of self-criticism before it spirals, so one difficult moment doesn't become a difficult day, week or season.
Move through difficult emotions without feeling consumed by them, developing the confidence to stay alongside yourself rather than feeling swept away by what you feel.
Return to a place of steadiness after life's inevitable setbacks, trusting that difficult moments don't define you or determine what comes next.
Support yourself with the same warmth, wisdom and care you so naturally offer others, allowing that compassion to become something you experience yourself.
Face life's challenges with greater confidence, knowing you have meaningful ways to care for yourself whenever you need them.
Mornings can be beautiful, messy, rushed, anxious or full of possibility. What if your morning became one of the most nourishing parts of your day? This collection brings together guided meditations, Morning Pages, reflective prompts and practical rituals to help you lead your morning, rather than letting your morning lead you. My hope is that you'll reconnect with yourself before the world begins asking everything from you.
Our evenings can be just as important as our mornings, shaping how we unwind, reconnect with ourselves and prepare for a restful night ahead.
What if the end of your day became a gentle ritual of arriving home, slowing down and letting go, rather than simply pushing through until bedtime?
This collection brings together guided meditations, reflective practices and therapeutic resources to help you transition out of the busyness of the day, organise your thoughts, settle your nervous system and create space for rest.
My hope is that your evenings become less something to get through, and more a time to soften, reconnect and return to yourself.
